  After more than 20 yrs, as nobody ever thinks that a fire will happen to them, reality struck, that of a fire that damaged our home significantly. I never ever thought it would happen to me or us, but it did, only recently. With Allstate, you're in good hands as people kinda brushes it off. Because slogans usually depicts like, ads having attributes appealing to the public, being concise, as well as memorable. Allstate's slogan for decades has always been, "You're In Good Hands With Allstate", and wouldn't really give it much thought until a disastrous event happens affecting you directly. Reid Tokujo I thought in sync with Welton Chang, our adjuster, explains it for itself, as also, I thought with diligence in their efforts to restore our fire damaged home, we'd be saddened, depressed, but currently, asbestos abatement that was finished 3 months ago and subsequent restoration supposed to start, when? I thpught we were comfortable in knowing that "We're In Good Hands With Allstate", but after 5 months, and guess what...ONLY ASBESTOS ABATEMENT DONE SO FAR. My neighbors there must be thinking that our homeowners insurance must be in checkmate. It has been 2 months since any movement of restoration seen there. It's at a stand still. Reid Tokujo said on May 12, 2016 that we had Welton Chang, and he is the BOMB, taking care of clients as an adjuster somewhat like it was his own home. Maybe so, but throughout the last 5 months, Reid Tokujo who signed us up with Allstate, never called once, asking how's things going in spite of his very busy LIFE, having 2 children, I believe and so many responsibilities. I really don't know if an insurance agent is required to do these little gestures, but would be, I feel what would be included in being a top, ultimate attribute for almost any position esp where interpersonal relations sells....I am updating this because of the snails like, turtles like, movements' progress. Today, I was told revised estimates were finally approved, but after talking to Belfor's project manager, he mentioned possibly looking for another contractor and asked if my neighbor was.....but only PLUMMING. IF I need to take a different route after all this, Allstate, who always uses Belfor 3but not able to or not accepting the job because of revised estimates, then I would expect Welton Chang and Reid to find us a good contractor for the price approved. IF I need to get an attorney, then they'll probably be in trouble, we will see..... RATINGS, from 5 to 3, hopefully back to 5. This isn't YELP where only upbeat reviews have LASTED. YELP is all about $$$$ and also, they are FOS...that's a true PROMISE...and I can personally PROVE IT! I have enough STRESS going on with my life esp because my golden retriever has chronic skin issues from veterinarians here on Oahu that take advantage of us guardians of pets and didn't know of the adverse or dangers of vaccines but most vets here not interested in our animals' wellness, instead financial gain is first and foremost, not health. She had also had these interpretations of images of her lungs fro silica sand.....radiologist report: bronchial interstitial pulmonary changes most likely from chronic inflammation of the lungs and I know the cause. But with vaccines, for those that doesn't know this, beware, do your research because there's not many like me who tells anyone that I talk to, and believe me, I talk to MANY people. First, Allstate, then, veterinary care here on Oahu. We may have 2 integrative vets here, the rest are all conventional which means they don't really have the ambition to study other holistic modalities that's so much better in improving our esp dogs' health. Reid has canine interests but of course his kids come first. I don't have kids so I go beyond since I have resources.......with Allstate, we will see.......WHY HAVE FIRE INSURANCE ON YOUR HOME? BY THE TIME IT2DONE, MY MOM WON'T BE AROUND TO SEE THE HOME SHE HAD THE MOST INFLUENCE ON PURCHASING to help her sons, 31 yrs ago. Now, almost 89, Allstate's non-caring movements and knows of my Mom,
